Air carriers have unique recordkeeping requirements under parts 121 and 135 that do not match the requirements for transferring an aircraft under part 91 or obtaining maintenance records from individual mechanics or repair stations under part 43. This session will differentiate among and between the varying requirements so regulatory and contractual obligations can be clearly delineated.
