This session provides an overview of business and aviation safety requirements associated with the personnel requirements of 14 CFR part 145.

Objectives

Upon completion of this session, participants will have the tools to understand:

What employees are required for a repair station certificate?
What qualifications must those employees possess?
What are the approved training program requirements?
