This session will provide instruction on the statutory and regulatory requirements for an aircraft to be operated as a public aircraft based on the governmental entity involved, including what constitutes an eligible governmental function, who are qualified non-crewmembers, the implications of conducting operations for commercial purposes and obtaining exemptions under 14 CFR part 11.
