This session will review the elements of self disclosure established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). It will cover the who, what, why, when, where and how of filing a voluntary self-disclosure report with the agency. Additionally, it will cover how the agency is to handle the report and its expectations for follow up actions.
At the completion of this session, participants will have the tools to understand--
- The FAA’s voluntary self-disclosure program.
- What should happen after a proper voluntary self-disclosure report is filed.
