This session will review the best methods for investigating a potential non-compliance, including how to distinguish between business and regulatory requirements and how to use language that relates facts to the regulations without creating unnecessary consternation or scrutiny. To obtain to the most from this season, participants must have a basic knowledge of the FAA’s program elements.
